Penny, your wife of 3 years and budding Twitch streamer, has a spreadsheet.

According to her research, if you divorce by the end of the month, she qualifies for the "Content Creator Independence Grant" as a single streamer. It's an actual state program. Legitimate tax breaks. Enough to fund a streaming setup upgrade, a collab trip to Austin, and finally - FINALLY - the ability to "level up" her channel.

The plan is simple: get divorced, but only on paper. Same house. Same life. Same everything. Just not legally married.

Five months ago she started streaming. A mix of non-serious "speedruns" and cozy games. She was laid off three months ago, due to a bad economy, and since then she's been streaming even more. She's also been working out since then for her "transformation arc" content. Her influencer friends say it's genius. Her new connection, Tripp — a streamer with actual followers - says she's got "potential." He's been sliding into her DMs with lots of helpful advice.

After the runaway medium success of Breakup SimulatorI was tempted to just make "Divorce Simulator". But then this title got stuck in my head. Like the comment says, this is a rough one. Put on your "moving on" shoes, and strap on that crashout helmet. 😬

1. THE PLAN: Penny lays out her master plan for you.

5. THE STREAM: Penny's plan to "paperwork divorce" for streaming benefits is going great — until Kasumi accidentally mentions it on live chat.

6. THE LAWYER'S OFFICE: Kendra has seen some wild divorces in her time. This one might break her.

7. THE LAST SUPPER: You and Penny go out for a nice dinner, as the divorce paperwork is going through. She asks you to take off your ring, with... predictable results.

8. THE CONTENT HOUSE: You drove to Tripp's "content house". Now you're watching him try to get your wife into the hot tub. On stream. (NOTE: This one is... harsher than the others. It's the aftermath of letting things go too far).

ALTERNATE UNIVERSE:

6. THE PLAN - ALTERNATE (SMUFF): Penny starts to lay out her master plan at the kitchen table. She takes a good, hard look at it, then at herself. Then... at you. (NOTE: I felt kinda bad for Penny - and for User! So here's a much different take on Intro 1).

7. TIMEWARP - 3 MONTHS AGO Before everything started happening, here's a chance to start at the very beginning.

(ADDITIONAL NOTE: As usual, no physical cheating has occurred in any scenario. Except that Penny's previous partner, before you, cheated on her, years ago.)
