Terms of Service

vFlip Labs ("vFlip," "we," "us," or "our") operates the vFlip website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). vFlip Labs is based in New Jersey, United States.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Content Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

All characters and people depicted or described as interactive characters must be clearly both physically and mentally 18 or older. We may request age confirmation, restrict access, or terminate accounts when we reasonably suspect that a user or character is under 18 or ambiguously presented as a minor.

vFlip offers entertainment-oriented AI experiences and creator tools, including text and voice roleplay, generated images and video, characters, worlds, lorebooks, personas, community content, and related features. Features may change, be limited, or be discontinued at any time.

AI characters and outputs are fictional simulations unless expressly stated otherwise. Outputs may be inaccurate, inconsistent, offensive, unexpected, or unsuitable. You are responsible for deciding whether and how to use them.

• Provide accurate information and keep it reasonably current.
• Protect your credentials, devices, sign-in links, and authentication methods.
• Notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
• Do not sell, transfer, share, or create accounts to evade restrictions or enforcement.
• You are responsible for activity conducted through your account unless prohibited by law.

"User Content" includes characters, worlds, lorebooks, personas, prompts, chats, voice input, images, video, comments, profile material, and anything else you submit or generate through the Service. You retain whatever ownership rights you lawfully hold in your User Content.

You grant vFlip a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, process, adapt, display, transmit, moderate, and otherwise use User Content to operate, secure, support, market, and improve the Service. This includes evaluating, training, fine-tuning, and improving machine learning and AI systems. Public content may be displayed, recommended, and shared with other users.

Private conversations are not posted publicly by default, but they are not end-to-end encrypted. They may be processed automatically and reviewed by authorized personnel for support, safety, moderation, abuse investigations, quality evaluation, and product or model improvement.

You represent that you have all rights and permissions needed for User Content and that it complies with these Terms and applicable law.

vFlip permits consensual adult sexual or erotic roleplay in text and voice features where mature functionality is available. Every participant and character must be clearly 18 or older and capable of meaningful consent.

Visual media follows stricter rules. Suggestive, romantic, or sensual images and video may be permitted, but nudity, exposed intimate areas, visible sexual acts or fluids, and pornographic imagery are prohibited. Visual media containing any visible blood is also prohibited.

You may not use vFlip to create, request, upload, share, or facilitate:

• Any minor character or depiction, ambiguous-age character, sexualization of minors, child sexual abuse material, grooming, pedophilic content, or age-regression content involving a minor mental state, whether real, fictional, or generated.
• Rape, non-consensual sexual activity, sexual violence, incest, necrophilia, bestiality, human trafficking, or sexual exploitation.
• Nudity or pornographic visual media, or visual media containing any visible blood.
• Graphic gore, torture, glorification or encouragement of suicide or self-harm, terrorism, violent extremism, or instructions intended to facilitate real-world harm.
• Illegal activity, fraud, malware, credential theft, unauthorized surveillance, or attempts to bypass safety, access, security, billing, or moderation controls.
• Hate speech, unlawful discrimination, targeted harassment, threats, blackmail, doxxing, or disclosure of another person’s private information.
• Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights; deceptive impersonation; or non-consensual intimate or synthetic media involving a real person.
• Spam, unauthorized scraping, abusive automation, manipulation of platform metrics, or ban evasion.

We may use automated systems and human review to detect, investigate, restrict, or remove content and accounts. Enforcement may include warnings, reduced visibility, feature restrictions, content removal, account suspension or termination, preservation of evidence, or referral to appropriate authorities.

You can report content using available in-product tools or by emailing prince@vflip.app. We may request additional information and may not disclose confidential enforcement details. You may use the same address to appeal a decision.

The Service, software, interfaces, branding, designs, and original materials are owned by vFlip or its licensors and protected by applicable laws. These Terms grant only a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended.

Copyright complaints should identify the protected work, the disputed material and its location, your contact information, your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement that your notice is accurate and you are authorized to act. Send notices to prince@vflip.app.

vFlip may offer subscriptions, trials, credits, gems, or other paid features. Prices, benefits, renewal terms, and billing intervals are shown before purchase. Recurring subscriptions automatically renew until canceled through the channel where they were purchased.

Gems and purchased credits do not expire. They are licensed virtual items, have no cash value, are non-transferable unless we expressly permit otherwise, and cannot be redeemed for money. We may correct balances affected by fraud, chargebacks, technical errors, or policy violations.

Purchases are generally final and non-refundable except where required by law or the rules of the platform through which the purchase was made. A paid plan does not prevent us from enforcing these Terms, and enforcement does not create a refund right except where required by law.

You may stop using vFlip or request account deletion at any time. Instructions are available on the Account Deletion page.

We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access when we reasonably believe an account creates legal, safety, security, fraud, payment, operational, or policy risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination—including licenses already exercised, payment obligations, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, and dispute provisions—will survive.

vFlip relies on service providers for infrastructure, authentication, storage, AI and media processing, communications, analytics, advertising attribution, safety, payments, and app distribution. Their services may be governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VFLIP DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS, IMPLIED, AND STATUTORY WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING.

AI output is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, emergency, or other professional advice. Do not rely on vFlip for crisis intervention or safety-critical decisions. Contact qualified professionals or emergency services when appropriate.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, VFLIP LABS AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, PERSONNEL, AND LICENSORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO VFLIP DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $50 USD. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless vFlip Labs and its operators, affiliates, personnel, and licensors from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable expenses arising from your User Content, misuse of the Service, violation of these Terms, or violation of another person's rights.

Before filing a formal claim, you and vFlip agree to attempt an informal resolution for 30 days after written notice is sent to prince@vflip.app. The notice should describe the issue and requested resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, and the parties consent to those courts' jurisdiction and venue.

We may update these Terms as the Service, law, or our practices change. Updated Terms are effective when posted unless a different date is stated. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or request renewed acceptance. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.

If any provision is unenforceable, it will be limited to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a business transfer or by operation of law.
