Understanding our terms and your responsibilities

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the vFlip app ("App") and website ("Service") provided by vFlip ("we," "us," or "our"). By using vFlip, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use vFlip.

By using vFlip, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

2. Account Creation & Security
  • You may create an account to access premium features.
  • You're responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
  • Notify us immediately if your account is compromised.
3. Use of vFlip

You agree not to use vFlip to:

  • Engage in harmful, abusive, offensive, or illegal activities.
  • Impersonate real individuals or falsely imply endorsement.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the vFlip Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI-Generated Avatars and Parody Notice

vFlip provides AI-generated, fictional characters solely for entertainment purposes.

Avatars labeled as parody are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or representative of any real person, celebrity, or brand.

Any resemblance to real individuals is purely coincidental or for satirical/parodic purposes only.

Content Takedowns: If you believe any avatar infringes your rights, please contact us immediately at legal@vflip.app, and we will address your concern within 72 hours.

5. Subscriptions & Purchases
  • vFlip offers paid subscriptions and one-time purchases.
  • Payments are processed securely through Stripe.
  • Subscriptions automatically renew monthly unless canceled at least 24 hours before renewal.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase via support@vflip.app.
6. Intellectual Property

vFlip and its original content, including avatars, design, logos, and AI interactions, remain the intellectual property of vFlip. Users do not acquire any rights to use our IP outside the App.

7. User Content & Data

You retain rights to your own uploaded content or input provided to vFlip. By using vFlip, you grant us a license to use your input solely to provide the vFlip Service. You may delete your data at any time by contacting support@vflip.app.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

vFlip is provided "as-is" without guarantees of reliability, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, vFlip will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your use of the App.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless vFlip, its creators, and affiliates from any claims or losses arising from your use of the Service.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may periodically update these Terms. We'll notify you of significant changes via email or through the App.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, United States. You consent to resolve disputes exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
