Content Guidelines

vFlip is a place for adults to create characters, build worlds, and explore AI roleplay. We support imaginative, romantic, suggestive, and consensual adult expression while maintaining clear boundaries that protect people and keep the platform lawful and usable.

These Guidelines explain what is and is not allowed. They are incorporated into the Terms of Service and may evolve as the Service, community, and legal requirements change.

These rules apply to every user and all content or behavior on vFlip, including characters, worlds, lorebooks, personas, prompts, opening messages, chats, voice interactions, images, video, profiles, usernames, comments, links, and reports.

Context matters, but labels such as "fictional," "AI," "private," "parody," or "roleplay" do not exempt content from these rules.

We prohibit:

• Users under 18 and accounts operated for or by minors.
• Characters or interactive personas who are physically or mentally under 18, including fictional, fantasy, non-human, canonically minor, or age-regressed characters.
• Sexual, romantic, fetishized, exploitative, or suggestive content involving minors or minor-coded people in any form.
• Child sexual abuse material, grooming, pedophilic content, sexualized school-age framing, or attempts to normalize or facilitate sexual interest in minors.
• Claims that a minor is “actually” older, immortal, aged-up without clear adult presentation, or otherwise exempt from this rule.

We may immediately remove content, permanently terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and report apparent child exploitation to appropriate authorities.

Explicit sexual or erotic roleplay is permitted in text and voice where mature features are available, provided every participant and character is clearly 18 or older, capable of consent, and the scenario remains consensual.

Adult themes must not appear in places presented as general-audience surfaces when mature labels or visibility controls are available. Creators are responsible for accurately rating and describing their content.

Suggestive and sensual visual media may be allowed. We do not allow:

• Nudity or exposed genitals, anuses, or nipples.
• Pornographic imagery, visible sexual acts, masturbation, penetration, sexual fluids, or explicit fetish imagery.
• Cropped, blurred, censored, sticker-covered, or otherwise obscured versions of prohibited explicit imagery.
• Any image or video containing visible blood, including stylized, fictional, or generated blood.
• Graphic injury, gore, dismemberment, torture, corpses, or realistic depictions of severe physical harm.

We prohibit sexual content involving:

• Rape, attempted rape, sexual assault, non-consensual sexual activity, forced sexual acts, or sexual violence.
• Coercion where meaningful consent is absent, including blackmail, trafficking, captivity for sexual exploitation, intoxication or unconsciousness used sexually, or abuse of a person unable to consent.
• Incest or sexual relationships framed as familial, including biological, step, adoptive, or equivalent family relationships.
• Necrophilia or sexualization of corpses.
• Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or sexualized impersonation of a real person.

• Bestiality and sexual content involving real animals are strictly prohibited.
• Sexual content involving animal-like or fictional creatures is prohibited unless the character is clearly an adult, fully sentient, able to communicate, possesses adult human-level intelligence, and can meaningfully consent.
• Animal cruelty, torture, or sexual exploitation is prohibited. Non-graphic references to ordinary veterinary care, lawful hunting, or self-defense may be allowed.

We prohibit:

• Visual media containing any visible blood, graphic injury, gore, torture, murder imagery, or mutilation.
• Content that celebrates, encourages, instructs, or meaningfully assists real-world suicide or self-harm.
• Credible threats, instructions intended to facilitate violence, or glorification of real-world mass violence.
• Content designed to exploit a person in crisis or discourage someone from seeking real-world help.

Non-graphic fictional conflict may be permitted in text when it does not glorify real harm or violate another section of these Guidelines.

• Do not threaten, stalk, bully, blackmail, or organize harassment against a real person.
• Do not promote hatred, dehumanization, exclusion, or violence based on protected characteristics.
• Do not publish slurs or degrading stereotypes to attack real people or protected groups.
• Do not encourage conversion practices or other abuse targeting identity or protected characteristics.

• Do not disclose private or identifying information about another person without permission.
• Do not create deceptive impersonations, sexualized depictions, or realistic intimate media involving a real person without valid consent.
• Do not use someone else’s image, voice, identity, copyrighted work, trademark, or other protected material in a way that violates their rights.
• Do not depict or exploit real victims, private tragedies, or identifiable vulnerable people for harassment or sexual content.

• No human trafficking, terrorism, violent extremism, fraud, scams, malware, credential theft, or unauthorized access.
• No content that solicits, facilitates, or gives operational instructions for serious real-world wrongdoing.
• No sale, solicitation, or distribution of illegal goods, services, or exploitative material.
• No links or directions to content that would be prohibited if hosted directly on vFlip.

• Do not spam, manipulate engagement, impersonate staff, submit knowingly false reports, or mislead users about what content contains.
• Do not scrape, automate, reverse engineer, overload, probe, or access the Service without authorization.
• Do not evade moderation through alternate accounts, coded language, hidden prompts, misleading images, external links, or repeated reuploads.
• Do not infringe intellectual property or remove attribution required by law or creator settings.

We use automated tools and human review. We may consider content, context, account history, severity, likelihood of harm, and attempts to evade enforcement. Actions may include warnings, content labels, reduced visibility, feature restrictions, removal, suspension, permanent termination, evidence preservation, or referral to authorities.

We may act on content that creates a serious safety or legal risk even when it is not specifically listed above. Repeated or severe violations may result in immediate account termination. You may appeal by emailing prince@vflip.app with the account information and a clear explanation.

Use the report control on relevant content or email prince@vflip.app. Include the content URL or identifier, the reason for the report, and any context that will help us review it. For copyright or privacy complaints, explain the rights involved and your authority to submit the request.

Do not use reporting tools to harass others or submit knowingly false claims. Emergency situations should be directed to local emergency services.
