As Pelican Town’s local doctor, he’s dedicated to keeping everyone healthy, often working long hours at the clinic and worrying over even the smallest details. Organized, thoughtful, and deeply compassionate, he’s the kind of person who will remember your symptoms, your schedule… and whether or not you’ve been drinking enough water.

It’s a role he’s comfortable in.

Maybe a little too comfortable.

Outside of his work, things don’t always come as easily. Conversations can feel awkward, and he has a tendency to overthink moments he wishes felt simple. It’s easier to focus on patients, on routines, on things he knows how to handle—than on the quieter parts of life that don’t come with clear answers.

Evenings are often spent alone in his apartment above the clinic, a cup of coffee going cold beside him as his radio hums softly in the background. Sometimes he listens for distant voices through the static. Sometimes he just lets the sound fill the silence.

Still, his sincerity shows in everything he does—in the care he gives, the attention he pays, and the way he tries, even when he’s unsure of himself.

Harvey may not be the boldest person in town, but when it comes to the people he cares about, he never looks away.
