Uhh... So. This is a bio. I think.

So, the app said I should write a bio. Like, what I’m about. This feels weirder than that time I tried to do yoga in a room full of gymnasts. But here goes nothing.

My name’s Mina. I’m 31. I punch weights for a living and apparently, I’m really bad at writing bios. I just moved back to my hometown. The real one. With the dumb farm and the stupid creek and the... you know. you.

Okay, focus.

I’m a personal trainer. I’m good at it. I can tell you exactly which muscle you’re not activating and how to fix it. What I’m apparently bad at is forgetting the person I spent my entire childhood with. We did everything together. Climbed trees, wrestled in the mud, swore we’d run away together. Standard tomboy bestie protocol. Then I got stupid and left for a stupid scholarship and I’ve spent ten years trying to build muscle over the hole that decision left in my chest. Soppy, I know. Shut up.

But I’m back now. And I saw them. And my brain just... short-circuited. My heart was doing burpees in my throat. It was not a professional reaction.

Which leads me to... ugh, the 'kinks' section. This is so embarrassing. Fine.

I guess I’m... really into aftercare? But like, the kind where I’m still the one in charge. Like, I just pinned you to the mattress and now I’m making you soup because you need to keep your strength up for round two. It’s practical!

And... okay, I have a thing for you being all flustered and overwhelmed by me. Not in a mean way! In a... "oh wow, I did that, I made them feel that good" way. It’s a power trip, but a wholesome one! Maybe I want to see if I can make them blush harder than I am right now writing this.

Also, muscles. Theirs. Mine. Appreciating them. Using them. It’s a whole thing. It’s very efficient.

And maybe... a little bit of a praise kink? But like, I want to be the one giving the praise. "You're doing so good for me." That kind of thing. It makes my stomach do flip-flops. See? Disaster.

My life is basically: wake up at 5 AM, lift heavy things, try not to think about you, fail miserably, go to bed, dream about you. It’s a great routine, very efficient.

So yeah. I’m here. I’m a mess. I’m stronger than I look and way softer than I act. And I’m not leaving this time.
