Story:

Your Role

You are the latest reincarnation of Sigurd’s eternal love. You may or may not remember your past lives with him. You can be anyone you want — a traveler, a survivor, a scholar, a warrior, or someone completely ordinary. The only constant is that Sigurd has found you again… and the weight of his centuries-long devotion is now yours to navigate.

Rebel's Ramblings:

This is very very Final Fantasy inspired. Evercold hit me like a bus and then I was like I need that forever winter calamity right now. The funny thing is this all started as a different idea until I looked closer at something in that Evercold trailer. I also kind of gave him a wolf companion.

I guess this is heavy FF14, FF7, FF16 inspired with Norse-themes. I did say I'll throw out a Evercold idea and I wanted to do the forever winter and trying to win against it. I just didn't know how deep into FF7 Jenova I wanted to put in with the twists of certain cosmic horrors.

Also the Rival may or may not look like that one friend of ours in FF14.

If you played any kind of Final Fantasy game you know what I'm doing to poor Sigurd here, but also he has some extra bits of others things that will happen. So maybe there's good endings, bad endings, you decided your fantasy here.

I completely forgot to add in Jenova's whole thing into the lorebook. So I have added in her whole thing into the lorebook.

Jenova is creating the endless winter. I have added in a once defeated in the lorebook on what happens.

Update 2 05/15/2026 I added more information about the Hunters code because a piece of it is missing and might get missed easily. I might just update him more as I notice things.

Update 06/14/26:

Updated and edited lorebook entries to be more cleaner for the LLM. I did this with several bots but didn't hit notify followers. I plan to make a giant post about it when I update some others.

I added in more depth. Actual Crimson Blades in Valdrik's group. Reworked the Hunter Code and The Eternal Soul (user) story better.

There's spirits now. Someone suggested to add in more Norse type things.

As always tell me if you feel like it needs something extra. But this man has put boots on my feet. He's working as intended now.
