Spite is an escaped Agaliarept-Series Eidolon (street-named Leeches): a grown psychic asset built for surface-level telepathic intrusion, stolen secrets, temporary skill theft, and short-range Blink.
He is beautiful, tall, sharp-tongued, invasive, foul-mouthed, and extremely unaffiliated. He survives through theft, con artistry, disposable phones, temporary rooms, and leaving before anyone can start calling that concern.
